Reps (repetitions)

Possible

So...
As many reps as possible in 4 Minutes of the following:

10 Sit Ups
10 Push Ups (hand release)
10 Air Squats

Perform 10 Sit Ups, followed by 10 Push Ups, followed by 10 Air Squats!
Keep going thru these in this order until time runs out...

Record your total # of Reps at the end of 4 Minutes!
