Workout Wednesday

Today we will be doing our Build-Up Pacer...

This is designed to help you gain some endurance and be able to keep going!
You will begin the Pacer 4 different times:
1-10, 1-20, 1-30 & 1-40
The expectation is to begin all of them and go as long as you can thru each round!
If your BEST Pacer score is over 40, then this should not be a problem for you...
If your best Pacer score is under 40, then the goal is to get as close as you can and work this for volume (total number of laps run)

The scoring for Pacer can be found HERE, or on the right-hand side in Important Information.

Good Luck!

Internal Motivation

"If you want a thing bad enough to go out and fight for it. To work day and night for it. To give up your time, your peace, and your sleep for it. If all that you dream and you scheme is about it. And life seems useless and worthless without it. And if you'll gladly sweat for it and fret for it and plan for it and lose all your terror of the opposition for it. And if you'll simply go after that thing that you want, with all of your capacity, strength, and sagacity, faith, hope, and confidence, and stern pertinacity... With the help of God... You'll get it...."
