Another Week...Another Workout!!!

Halfway done with our Strength Unit...Keep working on those squats!!!
We will be working on Monday and Thursday in the weight room!
Get stronger...get confident! Push yourself this week to do more!

Monday we will end the hour with two choices:
Every Minute On the Minute (EMOM)
or
As Many Reps As Possible (AMRAP)

3 H.R. Push Ups
6 Pike Sit Ups
9 Air Squats

  1. Josh Beyer Hour 2. I chose EMOM. I felt that it was hard enough that you felt tired, but not to hard that that you couldn't do it.
