Points!

Strength & Fitness ~
You can gain 3 Points by posting to comments of the Physical Challenge!  Make sure you get to the Weekly Physical Challenge section, then goto the challenge at the bottom of that page. That "challenge" page should let you put a comment down...then we can all see who participated and the results.
Remember Name (first name & last initial is fine), Class hour and RESULT of the challenge!

PE II ~
You can earn some bonus points (make-up points) each week if you post to the Weekly Physical Challenge or the Mental Muscle Builder.  You should also take a look at the Physical Activity Log Section of PE II. Another great way to gain some "make-up" points, rather than having to come down during I/E. Many of you are already doing enough physical activity outside of class...now it is a matter of keeping track of it!!!
