Got 2 Minutes?!?!

Physical Challenges are meant to push yourself in many ways...
"Get comfortable being uncomfortable."

This week, we are going to COMPETE! Nothing too terrible...
2 minutes of WORK...Doing Burpees!!!

The KEY is that you MUST find someone, anyone...to compete against!!!
(i.e. Brother, Sister, Friend, Mom, Dad, Aunt, Uncle...How about one of your Teachers!!!)

Explain to them the standards that are required to perform a proper burpee. Then explain this weeks physical challenge is to DO WORK (Burpees) for 2 MINUTES!!!
You can either go against each other, or time each other & count (no-rep) for one another...however you choose.

REMEMBER TO:
List who you went against and BOTH your results (how many in 2 Minutes)!
Don't forget Name & Hour...if your competitor is from same or different hour, make sure to list that as well so both of you receive credit!!!
