This week we will keep it simple... Get inverted for 30 seconds or more!

That is it!
~ Tripod
~ Headstand
~ Handstand (on a wall, or freestanding)
~ Handstand Walking

Get upside down and hold it for 30 seconds...
REMEMBER...this stuff is more fun with others...get someone to do this with you!!!

Be careful coming back to standing after 30 seconds of being inverted! Take it slow and easy, you will have some blood that is rushing out of your head and could get dizzy.

Be sure to put it on the blog...Name & Hour if you want credit!!!
If you can: take a picture and put a link to it...twitter, instagram, youtube, etc

PLEASE do not hold an inverted position for longer than 60 seconds!!!
