Today was the final Mile Run day!
If you missed it, get scheduled for I/E to make it up!
Many of you that have done all the workout Wednesdays had good improvement on this final mile. Regardless of how you did, if you gave your best effort you should be proud. Lots of factors go into improving, not always just your time.
You can receive up to 10 extra points on this final by writing (typing) a paragraph reflecting on your 6 week experience. Reflect on your improvement, how you felt running, where your fitness level is at, etc...
